The National Fair Internship Pledge awards employers for implementing fair and ethical internship programs. The brochure is imperative to encourage employers to join the program.
Through customer interviews and collaborating with the team, it was found that the content in the brochure was out of date, the information was disorganised and repetitive, and the design did not look professional and trustworthy.
The entire brochure was aligned to the brand identity to build trust, and the content was reviewed and edited to ensure it was up to date and was logically structured.
Customer interviews were conducted to understand the NFIP program, the current pain points associated with the program and brochure, and their requirements. The data was then synthesised and played back to the team.
A review of the current state information architecture and design of the brochure was conducted to identify gaps and bottlenecks. Recommendations for improvement were then proposed and reviewed.
The content of the brochure, specifically the copy and graphics, were updated to ensure the information was clearer. The brochure was iteratively designed and reviewed with the team to ensure requirements are met.
The design was tested with the customers and feedback was taken on to improve the final brochure. Once finalised, the product was published and was distributed to potential new partners.
